The titles office has released titles in record time! Settlements for stages 5 & 6 are scheduled for March 17th 2023. Congratulations to all our purchasers and we look forward to having you join our community at Alexander Park Estate.

We are pleased to announce that this week our team will be lodging to the titles office for Stages 5 & 6! Once lodgement has taken place, settlements could be triggered anywhere between 2 - 5 weeks. Please make sure your banks are prepared to release funds within two weeks from when titles are released. We are looking forward to seeing residents for these final stages move into Alexander Park Estate.

The year has started off strong with compliance received for stages 5 and 6! All relevant documents are being prepared to be sent off to the titles’ office. We still anticipate that titles will be released end of March. Our sales agent Alex will contact all purchasers when to notify their banks to prepare for settlement.

With 60% of works complete for stages 5, 6 & 7, titles are still anticipated for Q1 2023!

Once you move into your new home at Alexander Park Estate, you may find that your address doesn’t appear on mapping apps. All you need to do is to go on Google Maps and Apple Maps and add your address (you can even take a picture). Follow the relevant process as each app has a different approach to correcting residential addresses.

We are pleased to see that stages 5, 6 & 7 are progressing well and also excited to see houses popping up in stages 2, 3 & 4!
